Ontario: Purchase 2 or more bottles of Chase Away.

Outside Ontario: Purchase 3 or more bottles of Chase Away.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@chaseaway.ca.
