Returns

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Chase Away.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
