Thank you for shopping at Chase Away! We are pleased to offer shipping across Canada to get our products to you.
Here is what you need to know about our shipping options:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer a simple and affordable flat-rate shipping option for all orders across Canada. For larger orders, we are happy to offer free shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping (Ontario only): A flat rate of $10.00 CADwill be applied to all orders.

Flat Rate Shipping (outside Ontario): A flat rate of $15.00 CAD will be applied to all orders.

Free Shipping (Ontario only): We offer free shipping on all orders of 2 (or more) bottles of Chase Away Tick & Bug Spray

Free Shipping (outside Ontario): We offer free shipping on all orders of 3 (or more) bottles of Chase Away Tick & Bug Spray
Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 2-7 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary depending on your location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chaseaway.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Damages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@chaseaway.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
